Boxcatering
Three box sizes. Sixteen categories. A custom-build option. Seasonal editions. Delivery that goes free at 500 lei in Chișinău, 10 lei/km past it. Boxcatering is a meal-box menu disguised as an online store — and the online store had to keep up.
Egoist. Smart. Big.
Three pre-set box sizes — Egoist for 1–2 persons, Smart for 2–6, Big for 6–10+. Past them, the catalog keeps going. Sixteen sections: breakfast, snacks, savory appetizers, combos, fasting menu, salads, traditional Moldovan dishes, meat, fish, lunch boxes, beer pairings, kids' meals, desserts, beverages, sauces, equipment rentals. A 14-lei bottle of water and a 25,700-lei 400-piece fourchette package live under the same roof.
On top of all that: "Creează boxul dorit" — build your own box from the full menu, one item at a time. That was the feature the old online presence couldn't handle. Phone calls and Instagram DMs were doing the job instead, badly.

The brand is gold (#FFB009) and white. The products are photographed well. The design stays out of the way of both.
Category navigation collapses into an expandable sidebar so the grid stays clean. Each card is an image, a name, a price — nothing else competing for attention. Cart persists across the session; totals update live. Delivery logic is simple and visible: free in Chișinău over 500 lei, displayed at checkout instead of buried in a FAQ.
Trilingual support throughout — Romanian, Russian, English — not hidden behind a flag icon in the footer.
The feature the phone line couldn't scale
"Creează boxul dorit" — create the box you want — is the standout. Customers select individual items and assemble a custom meal box, one pick at a time. Pricing recalculates live. Unavailable items grey out as inventory updates. Group orders stop requiring a spreadsheet-and-phone-call pre-negotiation.
By the time the order lands in the kitchen, it's a structured ticket. No "was it six or seven portions of sarmale?" No re-reading Instagram messages from three days ago. The order is the order.
